i want to home brew beer and wine. where i can get yeasts barly malt hops etc in india

Hi,

ask the guy who mills the wheat & rice into flour in those
little corner shops about the barley. You can contact a bread shop for yeast. You can also contact UBC, they will give you resources. It is hard to do this at home because of the humidity & hot temps in India. That’s why people end up drinking "feni" & "bhang."

you can also just buy Kingfisher or Taj in liquor shops.
also ask the guys in the liquor shops, if you are in a big city shouldnt be a problem.

When should I add extra ingredients to my home-brew beer?
