No, the fermenter …
No, the fermenter is not computer controlled, I did not see it as being worthwhile as the fermenter needs to be held at a constant temperature. And no, I do not know enough about web servers etc to be able to set up remote monitoring either.

Nice setup… wish I knew how to do all that electrical wizardry.
Do you have the Thermostat for the fermenter hooked up to the PC too? Can you control temps off site??
