How To Make Beer With Mr. Beer Part 1

posted on January 18, 2010 in how to brew beer

This is me making beer with my Mr. Beer kit. I’m not a huge fan of this kit because of taste alone. As far as ease of use, and simplicity goes, this kit is great, but I’ve only had a few good beers out of it.

While it doesn’t make the best beer, it does make exceptional beer for the price. I picked a kit up for only 12USD at Bed Bath & Beyond. But yeah, the five gallon, all grain setups are superior.

Don’t be ashamed of your Mr. Beer kit! I just had a beer out of my brother’s Mr. Beer kit and it was one of the best beers that I’ve had, granted it sat for about 2 years, but it was good. I’m thinking about buying this kit for my father in law just for the ease and simplicity.

  4. Your right, you …
Your right, you will have more favorable results if your able to make the switch to an all grain system. It not that difficult to do.. just a bit more time consuming.

    Happy brewing..
