		<description>&lt;b&gt;there are two types ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; there are two types of fermentation.  Aerobic and anaerobic.  The first involves the cellular division of the yeast.  Once all of the oxygen is gone, yeast will start to eat the sugar.  I usually just shake to out of my carboys to aerate them, I have seen others connect something to a drill  and stir it that way.  Eds way is the most ideal way to aerate your wort but can cost a bit.  Noticing the Porsche in the garage, im sure he isnt worried about it ;-) Great series on all grain brewing!</description>
