how can i brew beer at home with row materials of grain, barley, white sugar, rice, and corn, ?

i have only bread yeast, and no hops no malt, i can manage the equipment

First off all your grains need to be malted, except for the corn. If the starches from the grain aren’t converted into sugars before you boil them there will be nothing for the yeast to convert.
Second. You need something bitter to counter the sweetness of the grains in order to make the drink palatable. Hops are the preferred way of doing this. Unless your a shut-in and can’t leave your home there’s no reason to spend the time(days/weeks) making something that will ultimately be poured down the drain. Go to your local home brew supply store and get the proper ingredients or buy them online.

Good Luck!

  2. you would be making barley wine, rice wine, etc without hops, but it could still be good!
