Well I do that because I have a small beer fridge. If you have a bigger fridge, put them in when they’re ready if you can. Longer chilling is better.

Hey Craig,

Nice video! I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, first time I comment though. I’m from holland and you might know ‘Heineken’. It’s a very famous beer, at least in Europe. (I don’t like it =P) but I think that Black Rock is a bit like Heineken and that you need to drink it ice cold, when it’s hot outside.

I’m thinking of trying homebrewing this summer, to see if I like it, so I’d really like you to do that remake of the easy home brewing series.

Good video, thanks for everything you are doing for us beginners. I’ll bet you are happy you’ve finally found a brew that didn’t tickle your fancy =P

I’m looking forward with much anticipation regarding your maple syrup brew, I hope that it goes well.

Finally I just want to throw in a push for you to make some mead, I’m really hoping to make a batch for this summer and I would love to have your comments/input/experience on hand before I begin the brew.
